The terms and conditions apply to all guests (also named “customers”), who use our services on https://habitat.dk and partner sites.
Reservations happen on our partners booking platform SabeeApp or OTA partners (such as “Booking.com”, “Airbnb”). All apartments are listed on SabeeApp with the rates shown at any time.
All prices for listed Habitat apartments in SabeeApp are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. The total pricing of the apartment is displayed in the checkout flow. Successful payment of the reservation confirms the customer’s booking.
Children under 1 years old stay for free. Children over 1 years old are to be considered adults, and are therefore subjected to the pricing described above.
The listed pricing for the reservation is to be paid online in the checkout, before the customer proceeds to book their stay. The payment can only be done with credit card (“VISA”, “MasterCard” “Maestro” or “Visa Electron”). Depending on the choice of credit card for payment, the guest can be subjected to a credit card rate for the transaction.
After a successful booking, the guest will receive a reservation confirmation by email.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Guests can choose between two different rate options, when they proceed with their bookings. The choice of rate plan affects refunds in relation to the rate plan’s cancellation policy.
Bookings created on the refundable rate allows a guest to cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Refunds will happen within 14 workdays. The guest will be charged the total price of the booking price/amount if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at anytime. Prepayments is accepted only by credit card.
On bookings created on the non-refundable rate, the guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at anytime. Prepayment is accepted only by credit card.
5. Data Processing
Any complaints that the guest might have with their reservation or under their stay should be directed at Habitat. The guest has up to 30 days to contact Habitat from the day their stay ended.
Complaints must be submitted via email with a clear description of the situation, in order to be processed by Habitat. To submit a complaint, use the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone number: +45 42 90 90 35.
Habitat is fully responsible for the information conveyed on https://habitat.dk as well as the listing information and rates shown for reservations in SabeeApp and partner sites, as well as any issue in sales and service process that is not directly caused by the guest.
Habitat is not responsible for damages on property or loss that might occur on the guest’s stay. It is the guest’s responsibility to treat the apartment, its furniture and the surrounding neighbors with respect. Should the guest cause damage to the property, they are obliged to contact Habitat when possible. Failing to do so will result in a fine/compensation imposed on the guest for the damaged property.
Habitat and guests are subject to Danish laws and regulations.
Any proceedings against Habitat are to be submitted to the City Court of Copenhagen.
Habitat has the right to update the terms and conditions at anytime without agreement from guests. Habitat will strive to be transparent on when the terms and conditions are updated.
