What information
Name, phone number, email and address when you book a valuation, download material about a home, join our register or contact us. Search criteria in the register.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your enquiry, match homes to your profile and meet our obligations as an estate agent. The legal basis is contract, consent or our legitimate interest in running the business.
If you download sales or rental material about a home, the responsible agent is notified so that we can follow up.
Retention
Register profiles are deleted when you ask us to, or after two years without activity. Case files are kept in accordance with the bookkeeping and estate agency rules.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your information and withdraw your consent by writing to kontakt@habitat.dk. Complaints can be lodged with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Optional statistics
When statistics are enabled, we collect them only with your consent, to understand how the site is used. The data consists of fixed page and click categories, country, a broad referral category and short-lived random session and event numbers. No form content, contact details or private client links are included. Our data processors Netlify and Supabase provide the infrastructure. We do not use the figures to recognise you on other websites or devices. You can withdraw your consent via Statistics settings at the bottom of the page.
