You decide

Statistics are off until they have been enabled on the site and you have chosen Allow statistics. Declining is as easy as allowing. The site and the forms also work without statistics. Private client links, previews and the app are not included.

Your choice is stored locally

When you choose, we store only the choice and the time in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. This is necessary to remember your choice. We read this preference before asking again. Statistics settings at the bottom of the page can be used to change your choice or to withdraw your consent with Decline.

Only with your consent

With your consent, we store a random session number for this website in your browser. A session expires after 30 minutes without measured events and after 24 hours at the latest. We measure page categories, selected button clicks, views of contact details, clicks on phone and email, and forms the site has confirmed receiving. We do not store form content, contact details, property IDs, full web page addresses, search parameters or private links in the statistics.

The statistics include country and a broad source category, such as search engine or social media. IP addresses and browser characteristics are not included in our statistics store. The hosting provider still processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the site. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-device linking. The figures show sessions measured with consent – not all visitors or unique people.

Retention and withdrawal

On the server, session numbers and event numbers used to prevent double counting are set for automatic deletion after 48 hours. Aggregated figures are set for automatic deletion after 13 months. A scheduled clean-up normally runs every five minutes; operational disruptions may delay deletion. When you choose Decline, we delete the session number and pending statistics in the browser and stop new statistics requests. A request that has already been received cannot be withdrawn from the connection; previously aggregated figures are not changed by a new choice.
