From valuation to key handover
- 01 Valuation We see the home, review the market and give you a price and a plan – free and without obligation.
- 02 Preparation Professional photography, video, floor plan and copy in Danish and English. The home is shown to our register first.
- 03 Marketing Property portals, Instagram and our own buyers. Viewings and open houses as agreed with you.
- 04 Completion Negotiation, purchase agreement and all the practicalities up to the keys – with a status update every week along the way.

How we charge

What does it cost if the home is not sold?
Nothing. The valuation, photography, copy and viewings are on us until the sale is agreed.
How quickly can we get started?
The valuation can usually take place within a few days. Photography and copy typically take a week, and then the home is ready for our register and the advert.
Can the home be sold without going on the portals?
Yes – as an exclusive listing it is shown only here on our site, or as a discreet listing without an address. We advise you on what achieves the best price.
Who do I deal with along the way?
The same agent from the first meeting to the key handover, and you get a status update every week – even when there is no news.
