How we let
From valuation to move-in
- 01 Rental valuation We see the home and tell you what it can earn, and on what terms – free of charge.
- 02 Preparation Photos, floor plan and a listing in Danish and English. Tenants from our register hear about it first.
- 03 Tenant Viewings, screening and references. You approve the tenant before anything is signed.
- 04 Contract and inspection Tenancy agreement, deposit and move-in inspection – and status updates until the keys are handed over.

What does it cost?
One month’s rent – and only once you have approved the tenant. If we don’t find one, it costs nothing.

What about the contract?
We draw up the tenancy agreement (standard form A10), advise on the terms and carry out the move-in inspection with the tenant.
